Do I need to schedule an appointment to have my pet groomed?
Yes. We recommend making an appointment at least two weeks in advance
How much will it cost to have my pet groomed?
Prices vary based on the size, breed, coat condition, style and the time it takes to complete the service. We can provide a price estimate over the phone,
and will reassess your pet at the time of the appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
Most appointments take approximately three to four hours based on the service requested, breed and coat condition of your pet. We also offer express appointments, including walk-in nail trimming, which takes 10 minutes.
How often should my pet be groomed?
The duration of time between professional grooming can vary greatly depending on breed, coat condition, hair type, density and even climate.
My pet is matted, will they have to be shaved down?
Matts pull tightly on your pet’s skin, which causes discomfort, irritation and pain. When a pet’s hair becomes severely matted, the best thing to do is to give your pet a very short haircut. Please discuss with your Petland groomer.
Do you use sedation on the pets?
We do not sedate pets or accept pets that are already sedated.

We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s grooming appointment. Please note that if you are late for your appointment, late charges will apply.

A release form must be signed and renewed on a yearly basis.

For the safety of your pet and our groomers, please notify your groomer if your pet has ever bitten anyone or is aggressive towards other animals.

Please notify us of any health or medical conditions that could affect your pet during their grooming appointment.

Please take your pet out for a bathroom break prior to their grooming appointment.
