The Catit PIXI Vision Smart Feeder provides your cat with timely, portioned meals, and allows you to call them for mealtime, even when you're not at home. With the free Catit mobile app, it's easy to schedule regular feedings and to monitor your cat's feeding dish - even to take pictures and record videos for later viewing*. Thanks to the built-in mic and speaker, you can talk and listen to your cat in real time from anywhere. 

Monitor your cat's drinking, eating and sleeping: 

Like any good parent, you want to know what else your cat gets up to when you’re not around. The motion detection camera can also be used to monitor your cat when she is drinking, or sleeping, just so you know they’re all right. With notifications enabled, you’ll receive messages on your smartphone to inform you of each dispensed meal, as well as when it’s about time to add more food to the reservoir. Motion detection notifications require an additional MicroSD card (not included) to be inserted into the feeder.

You can watch live video, or set the camera to record in HD or SD quality (High or Standard Definition), as you prefer.

The cutest nightlight for your cat:

By nature, cats eat about a dozen times a day, including between dusk and dawn. The feeder’s LED nightlight whiskers help your cat to find their food in the dark, as they aren’t able to see in total darkness. Use the Catit PIXI app to match the color and brightness of the LED whiskers to your preferences (or you can turn them off entirely). Is today more of a pink or an orange kind of day? It’s your choice. The LED whiskers will conveniently flash red to notify you when a food refill is due, so your cat won’t go hungry.

Mic and speaker for chit-chat:

Keep in touch with your feline friend at home with two-way audio! The Catit PIXI Vision Smart Feeder is equipped with a speaker and microphone, located below the camera. Share control of the Catit PIXI Vision Smart Feeder by granting access to your friends or family in the Catit PIXI app. You can record your own loving message for the feeder to automatically play with each meal served, calling your cat to eat, even when you’re not interacting with the Catit PIXI app.

Shipping

Canada Post has begun the process of safely ramping up and stabilizing operations across the country. With a large, integrated network of processing plants, depots and post offices, stabilizing operations will take time and the company asks Canadians for their patience.

  • Canadians should expect delivery delays through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.

Canpar has issued a delay in service notification due to increased shipment volumes and inclement weather in some areas.

Petland ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).  We use Canada Post, Purolator & Canpar for delivery.  "Free Shipping" will usually be sent through Canpar Ground service.  Canpar Ground & Purolator Ground services do not have guaranteed delivery times and the shipping times will only be estimates.  

Orders made online after at 11 AM CST on Fridays will ship the following business week.  When considering delivery times after an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Courier delivery times do not include the day the order has been picked up from our warehouse. 

Orders that include "special order" items will not be shipped until the "special order" item arrives in our warehouse.

Please provide a street address if you choose "Free Shipping", Canpar or Purolator as your shipping method. 

  • If you have a PO Box, Rural Range Road, Township Road or Site land location address, you must choose Canada Post as your shipping method.
  • If your address is an apartment or condo, please include the buzzer number.

Both Canpar and Purolator shipments will require a signature upon delivery unless you have requested the shipment to be left at your front door with "no signature required". **  If you do not make this request and are not home to receive your order, an attempted delivery notice will be left at your front door.  The notice will indicate the depot where you can pick up your shipment.

**Please note that neither Petland nor the delivery service is liable for any lost or stolen packages if you have requested the shipment to be left at your front door.

Undeliverable packages:

Occasionally, we will have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product plus taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If your order had "Free Shipping" the shipping charges incurred by Petland for your order will be deducted from the total product refund amount.

We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:

  • Missing house number, unit number or buzzer number
  • Missing street name, City, or province
  • Incorrect Postal Code
  • Failed delivery attempts or the item was not picked up from the local depot within 5-10 business days.
  • Refused by the recipient.
