Our Pet Counsellors will ask you a series of questions to better understand your lifestyle, your home, and your experience with pets. This helps us make sure that you’re not only prepared but also fully aware of the care and commitment your new pet will need for its entire lifetime. We at Petland believe strongly in "Pets for a Lifetime." Our mission is to ensure that the pet you adopt will remain a part of your family for its entire natural life. We want you to feel confident that your decision is a lasting one, and that, should an unforeseen situation occur, you have a reliable support system in place. In the event the owner cannot fulfill their obligation to keep this pet for the duration of its natural life, they agree to call Petland, advise us of the situation, and if no other alternative can be found, Petland agrees to accept back this pet.
