It's no surprise that this year, Petland South Trail has won the sought-after International Store of the Year award at the Petland Trade Show. Petland South Trail opened in the South East area of Calgary in October 2004. Upon entering the bright, colourful and well-merchandised store, you know and feel that there is a great deal of passion from the staff. This 12,000 square foot store continually excels in guest service, animal care and presentation. The store offers birthday parties, in store grooming and the Adopt-A-PetSM program. Our guests continually return because of the lasting experiences that the pet counselors provide and also the care and amazing selection of pets.
There is a strong leadership from management and we see this in the high level of Petland culture and standards in place. The results of their dedication has enabled the store to build a strong long-term team and promote from within the Petland family.
